Olivia Mendoza is the Executive Director of the Colorado Latino Leadership, Advocacy, and Research Organization (CLLARO) a 501c3 nonprofit. Olivia is responsible for overseeing all of the operations of CLLARO. Olivia leads the organization to accomplish its mission to be the premier leadership development, public policy and research center dedicated to strengthening Colorado’s Latino community. In her responsibilities she works to provide civic leadership training for Latinos as well as work in partnership with elected officials regarding policy issues that impact the Latino community. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Drake University, and a Master’s of Public Administration from the University of Colorado, Denver.
She resides in the Denver metro area with her husband, and two children.

Kathy's education includes an Accounting Degree from the University of Denver (DU) and a masters in Public Administration with an emphasis in Non-Profits from the University of Colorado at Denver (UCD). Kathy has dedicated her career to various non-profits the last 12 years including the Latin American Education Foundation (LAEF) and INROADS. Kathy has three children in Denver Public Schools (DPS) and has a strong interest and passion for education. Being an advocate for her son with Autism has been an issue she is most committed to at this time in her life. Kathy also founded, SageVida, a website dedicated to helping families who have children on the Autism Spectrum.

Mary Diaz was born and raised in Nebraska and attended University of Colorado Boulder. Mary worked for College of Nursing University of Colorado for almost thirty-four years and retired a year and a half ago. Mary is a Founder of CU Hispanic Alumni Association. Mary also volunteers for KUVO, Hispanic Nurses, New Hope Baptist Woman’s, and American GI Forum.
